Paid them cash to drain my septic and install septic raisers. He drained three quarter of the septic promised to come back in 30 minutes to complete the task. He never showed , I made up to 20 phones calls to say the least. Three months later the project is not completed. Please never use hopewell septic for any of your septic projects. Dave the business owner will take your money, will never show up.

DO NOT use this company. They are lousy with customer service. I paid cash to clean out my septic only to find 2 days later they did not clean it out completely. NO ONE returned any of my 5+ phone calls to have them come back and finish the job. I finally just gave up and learned a valuable lesson. I hope my review will either improve their customer service or prevent another unhappy customer.
