Top Nails

I experienced injury here at Top Nails. The nail technician didn't remove my acrylics proper all because he was in a hurry. I complained about the pain I was in and he made jokes. Went back about two weeks later to discuss and see what would they suggest about my nails Being split across the middle. His colleague was very rude and wouldn't allow me to speak. This matter didn't concern her at all, yet she butted in and made matters worse. She was very loud and unprofessional. I was very surprised being this is a salon in Hoover, AL. I didn't expect ghetto services, especially from an Asian business owner. People please do not shop with these unprofessional, unskilled people at Top Nails. They will be hearing from my medical attorney SOON.

Rude, Unprofessional & Horrible Customer Service. This was our 4th and final visit. I sent my daughter to get gel nails, the man provided the service but he doesn't do a good job and when we tried to critique he got mad & didn't want to listen. Then Ms Kim walked over with an attitude, fussing and didn't want to listen, said she would fix it but never come back. They are antagonizing & somewhat bulling and want you to not say anything about their service. She filed all the nails on both sides to make them not look so wide then said we could go but hadnt repolished the nails. She told us not to come back and doesn't have to worry, we hadn't planned on it anyway. Enter at your own risk.

I came with my cousin because she was unhappy with the services she received. When speaking to the gentleman that provided the services he was hostile and got upset because we didn't like the services. The lady came up got very rude and as I've seen on a previous occasion tried to throw us out of her shop. She agreed to fix them but was very rude and was filing very hard. She was also snatching my cousin's hand and hurting her. After she had filed her nails down she told us we could go when she had filed all the polish off the side of her nails. She wasn't going to fix them and when we asked she acted like we were bothering her a lot. They basically bully you and don't take any constructive criticism. They intimidate you and basically make you just accept the services even if you don't like them. She told us not to come back to her shop and we will not be returning.
