I ordered a recliner they told me 2 weeks, I finally got it 4 weeks later and it was not the one we wanted. I refuse to buy my living room furniture from here. please STAY AWAY.

I purchased a reclining sofa from Furniture Bargains located at 18150 S. Halsted Homewood, IL 60430 for $667.92 (CASH) and exactly 1 week later to the date of delivery a spring malfunctioned in the recliner. When I reached out to the manager, she said they have a 72 hour return policy and I should have read my receipt before signing. Here lies the problem, we (my husband & I) did read before signing, there is no indication of a 72 hour return policy or any other return policy listed on our receipt. As a result, they have refused to repair, replace or refund! I will never shop here again. The only reason they rate as one star is because the site will not allow me to leave without giving a rating.
