Pizza Plus

BEWARE OF FREE CREDIT THEY OFFER YOU!!! Place is awful! VERY Poor customer service, wrong order, and cold food. On July 6th I ordered a few pizza's and appetizers for some out of town company that was visiting. It took over 90 minutes for the food to be delivered, and then it was the wrong order. When I called to complain, I was told they would remake the order but it would take another 90 minutes or so because they were busy. I was offered a $50.00 food credit towards a future purchase, and was assured there would not be an issue when I attempted to redeem it. After the problems with them, I waited a couple months to order again. On October 18th, I attempted to try them again, and use my food credit. After placing the order, they were not able to find my food credit, I was told they needed to look it up in their BOOK, and would call me back. 15 minutes they called back and said they couldn't find my credit. I gave the girl the date & time of the original order, and was told there was nothing she could do so I ended up just paying for the order. I was told it would be delivered within 45 minutes. 2+ HOURS LATER (and a phone call to them asking where my order was), the food was delivered cold, and non edible. I called to complain and was told my food was only cold because the driver had a lot of stops (I live in town 5 minutes away). She advised me to Microwave it, and all would be good. I asked for them for a refund, and was refused, they wanted to make the order again, but I would need to wait an hour or so. I now asked for a Manager, and was told they didn't have one on Sunday. I then asked whom was in charge of the store, and again told no one was in charge. The next day and 2 phone calls later, a so called manager called me. I explained the situation, and was told that anytime a customer states they have a credit, they just honor it with out question. I explained the whole situation, and that I was upset about being out $80.00, plus tips in food from them. Manger said he would put me in the book, and ensured me again I wouldn't have a problem. I explained all the problems I have had, and all the troubles getting stuff from them, and requested a gift card. I was denied this request, and essentially told to go away.

I use to think they hadgreat pizza at a great price until last night 4-15-15 the price increased and the amount of toppings decreased . I wont be going back. Also to much horseplay with the staff and the cooks.
