Colony Lakes

I had a friend living at Colony lakes Homestead Florida for about a year her and her daughter kept getting sick she finally had the place tested for mold when the test came back positive not only was there mold in the air ducts but in at least one of the walls in the room where her and her daughter slept when she brought it to the attention of the so-called people in charge / management their resolution was to spray the air ducts with concentrated Clorox and gave her no other alternative but to move she did just that she's doing a lot better no and her daughter is as well be very careful when renting here and elsewhere sketchy sketchy

I've lived here for a year and I can honestly say it's been very peaceful. Neighbors are kind, lake is beautiful, apartments are adequate. My only complaint is cleanliness of the hallways.. Ducks have been remodeling the place lately lol
