I had my engine replaced in my 2016 wrangler after "hydrolock" and service manager Joe was great! Also very happy with management.

I recently leased a new Jeep Wrangler from Hollywood Chrysler Jeep. My salesman, Rawle Burnett, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He even spent most of his Saturday with me. At the end of the day I left with the vehicle I arrived there wanting!

Called repeatedly to discuss a used car they were advertising as being in good shape. Told them we were driving up from Marathon in the Keys with cash in hand to buy the car. Salesman says only issue is a ding on the door. We get there and find a huge hole in the front bumper, dings all down the side of the car, a hole in the fender and a heavily oxidized rear bumper. Spent five hours driving 250 miles round trip. Jackass salesman actually said he "must have missed the holes" when confronted.
