Villa Plumbing

I have tankless water heater that needed to be replaced and I was looking at the Takagi brand. On their website, I was referred to Villa Plumbing, 1590 Lana Way suite 5, Hollister, CA 95023, (877) 57-VILLA for sales and service. On March 8, 2018 I called and spoke with Stella; she asked me to email pictures to see if they could give me an estimate on the phone. The next day I got an email from Alonso Moreno telling me their plumber would be in my area, so we arranged for him to stop by. The plumber said I would have an estimate on Monday, March 12. At this point, I was impressed with the company. However, I didn’t hear from anyone Monday, so after a few days, I followed up by phone, leaving messages, and by emails to Alonso and Stella. My messages stated that if they did not want to do the job, I would appreciate knowing that, so I could find someone else. Still no replies. On March 28, Stella answered the phone and said she would get back to me “today or tomorrow.” Again, I did not hear from anyone. I called on March 30 and again spoke with Stella. She said “A.J.” has been out of the office for 2 days and would have him contact me. I have heard nothing from them. Out of curiosity (were they even still in business?) on April 27, I called and Stella answered; she apologized that no one ever followed up with me, that there’s nothing she can do about it, and stated that they no longer work with Takagi! All this frustration could have been avoided by informing me of that at the beginning!

Villa Plumbing's customer service lacks courtesy and professionalism. They can't work around your schedule. You have to work around theirs. Their service really sucks! First plumber couldn't get the job done so they had to send another one. I'm certainly not requesting their service again )-: Rude receptionist!
