Fairview Country Market

Wow! I am really impressed with this Oasis for the weary traveler! I was on my way back to Los Banos yesterday and was tired and hungry after driving to San Jose and through Hollister for errands. I had only eaten breakfast that morning and was starving! I ordered a chicken Quesada, chicken tamales, a huge delicious breakfast coffee muffin and a Gatorade. I have never had a more tastier chicken Quesada, Ever! The older lady in charge of cooking and training sold me on trying a taste of Barbecue sauce on it. My palate exploded with all the natural ingredients they put in it. Sautéed bell peppers, onions and sliced chicken right off the roasted rotisserie. It was so good and filling I could only eat two thirds of the Quesada. I finished the tamales at home. I love this Country market! They are very friendly and helped me to learn there are "Good things that come in small packages!" Like Custer, I shall Return! Mr. Ed
