Location but wow what an awesome place so clean and didn't smell or anything it was like walking into a human doctors office the staff all were very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed very eager too help and as weird as it sounds they wear scrubs which too me just their exterior presentation was a breath of fresh air after our horendous experience at mapleview ( complete opposite of Ottawa) so please beware of mapleviews reputation they are quite popular I don't know how though bc they are the absolute worse so do your pet a favor and choose Ottawa animal hospital if you truly care about your pet and your wallet Ottawa is the place too go!!
