At no additional cost Sentry provides a Web page for every Association we manage. The webpage contains the Association’s documents, forms and payment options. Additional items can be added for minutes, newsletters and other resident communications. The webpage can also be linked to your own Associations existing website. Sentry Management, Inc. has one of the highest operating and financial standards in the industry. Sentry has no owned or affiliated service companies or vendors. Our community has contracted with Sentry Management for several years now. My neighbors and I could not be happier with the level of service Sentry provides. The oversight of the contracted services we received is amazing. Our Manager is always present at our HOA meetings and truly listens to issues and explains things in a very understandable manner. I truly feel someone is watching out for our best interest; that’s very, very rare these days and I so appreciate it.
