So very very unprofessional i had a roof recently this summer a little before thanksgiving its started raining so water was coming in the roof hiting my kitchen and mold was coming back again i called mark he didnt want to answer i got his secretary the secretary patch me through to him after i explained he gave me attitude was hesitant didnt want to deal with my problem he made an appointment to come see the roof he never came he sent his assistant the assistant didnt want to go in all the way we made him he than took pictures said he would get in touch with mark and mark would call me back he never did xmas is coming now and no one has called me.
