I definitely would NOT recommend this company. I reached out with questions that the website did not answer. First, he pick and chose what questions he wanted to answer, I responded asking the questions he avoided to answer. His response was, "thanks for asking," and still didn't answer them. I told him I thought they were both pretty simple questions that I have now asked twice. If the answer is so complicated I will pass. His response was, "great." And then sent another email after that saying, "Its fine just learn the company website and save your time." I have never seen such a rude person claiming to run a business. When being invited into someone's home to provide a service, you should have better manners for one, but also at least average customer service. Glad I don't open the doors of my home to this shady company. Obviously something is wrong here if he took more time to send emails and be rude then it would have taken to answer simple questions.
