Consistently though out my experience working with Trent Steele I saw qualities such as; trustworthiness and above average knowledge of the industry.

The firm is good but it took so long. I never met Mr. Steel. The secretary that handled the paperwork was rude and slow. Anytime I tried to explain something she cut meoff. But the attorney that actualy did the bankruptcy in court was a pretty good guy. I got what I wanted which was the bankruptcy because I had debt over my head, but his secretary was slow and had a nasty attitude. I don't think it is suppos to take so long. 8 months for me, so if you want one, better ask them how long .

I was at the lowest point in my life. Going through an ugly divorce, left with all the unpaid bills and my mortgage company was ready to file a foreclosure suit against me. Owning a local business in the area, I didn't want to file bankruptcy and put the town on notice of my seriously damaged finances, nor did I want my clients to lose faith in me. After speaking with a friend who used Mr. Steele's firm, I made the appointment. It was the best thing I've ever done for myself. Mr. Steele and his staff tag teamed with me and I was able to modify my mortgage, file a bankruptcy to channel my resources into a reasonable payment plan and actually start to live again. I found this firm to be resourceful, trust worthy, discreet and knowledgable.

I would highly recommend Mr. Steele and his office staff. After several months of me fighting with my mortgage company for a loan modification my home went into foreclosure and it seemed that I had no options before I hired Mr. Steele. He was able to get my foreclosure case resloved and the bank has dismissed the law suit. I wouldn't of been able to get the outcome I wanted without Mr. Steele and his office staff. A++++

Mr. Steele handled my wife's mother's probate. My mother in law's estate had many unequal beneficiaries and other issues that could have been ugly. I can honestly say with pleasure he handled it without a hitch. He was professional to the max and even impressed the other family members. I will always take my legal matters to his firm. Very impressed.

WARNING!!!! This lawyer is NOT a real bankruptcy lawyer!!! He's actually nothing more than a down on his luck real estate/foreclosure lawyer whose taking advantage of the crappy ecomonic climate here in SFLA to make a quick & easy buck. He's just a lawyer whose found another way to take advantage of unsuspecting consumers!



First he will rook you in with by promising you a quick fix to your house mortgage problem, and then set you up on a monthly billing system to do forclosure defense and/or a loan remodification for you. Don't be fooled.... niether of these will work for you, and when they fail, only THEN he will start you on the bankruptcy track, but by this time, he's already milked you out of THOUSANDS of $$$!!! Ive seen it with my own eyes!!!



This guy is a real wolf in sheep's clothes. Don't let him take advantage of you... He has already taken two of my friends to the cleaners, and he ALMOST had me too!!! But I caught on to his scam before it was too late! Just be warned.... Stay away from this snake unless you want to be a victim too!!!

I had been on unemployment and gone through all my savings paying my bills. I have been in my home for 16+years now. The bank was trying to take my house because I was a couple months behind. I told them that I was now working and could add additional money to my monthly mortgage payments, but they would not hear of it. They told me if I didn't pay all 3 months' payments, with interest, that they will file papers in the court. At my wits end, I called the law offices of W. Trent Steele. They spoke with me at great length - telling me the process they would take in order to get this matter taken care of, and making me feel a lot better about the situation I am in. They have now gotten me to where my bank is speaking rationally to me again, and I am able to keep my home. If I need future legal assistance, I will certainly call on them again.

I was a mess and embarrassed about my situation. Mr. Steele and his staff put me at ease immediately and my results were sucessful in obtaining a loan modification through his office working with my bank. I'm just sorry I waited as long as I did and stressed for so long. His rates are reasonable and he allows you to set up payment arrangements. I'm grateful for all the work he did and now get to stay in my home.
