Bright Shine Residential and Commercial Cleaning

A 0 star rating would be more appropriate. Advertised $70 for 3 hours in PSL. Arrived at 4pm, actually began work at 4:45pm. Finished before 8pm and charged $150! Even worse was the quality of the work. The house smells like cleaner but basically needs to be entirely recleaned. The bathroom doesn’t look like it was touched and the rest of the house wasn’t much better. She didn’t even clean the dust off the surfaces. When confronted with her false advertising she became very hostile, crowding me, hitting the paper with her printed advertisement, and threatening to sue if we didn’t pay what she demanded. We requested an invoice and she refused. Save your money and aggravation.
