NWI Disposal

I set up service with NWI after paying for the first quarter I had to call twice to get a can delivered. Once I got a can I went 3 weeks with no pick up. After multiple phone calls they finally came out and picked up my trash and promised to make it right only for my trash to not be picked up the next week. They clearly don't understand the services I paid for are not optional week to week based on if they want to do their job or not.

Trash is not picked up using garbage collection truck, they use pickup truck and trailer. Trash pickup frequently missed, last call was for partial trash pickup and trash dumped in street for me to cleanup. Response from staff was "I'm tired of people complaining and a few explecatives before they hung up and refused to answer phone again. It's insufficient to justify horrible service by stating that you are not on truck for trash collection.
