North Metro Air was very prompt in repairing my heating unit. Bill showed great professionalism and was very courteous.

I read negative reviews on this company and started to get a different company assigned to my work, but they were the fastest company that could get here, so I went ahead with them. I had a very good experience, and when I mentioned the negative reviews, the office lady told me that they were under new management and nobody takes time to post positive reviews. I realized she was right, and that I myself don't take time to post positive things. So this is a first for me, and I figured that there should be more of this going on. If I would've taken the time to think about how many people they've probably serviced this summer, it would've dawned on me that it was probably one or two disgruntled people and I shouldn't have formed an opinion before I had my own experience with them. I can say that I was more than pleased with my service and I will use them in the future!

Do Not use these people! I purchased a maintenance plan for $150.00 which they would not honor. After Five weeks of being told my refund check was in mail Amanda stopped taking my call. They will scam you. Read Yelp reviews to see other negative reviews! I basically gave these people $150 cash free.
