Horrible, horrible company. Been "trying" to fix our walk in freezer for three weeks now. They are bumbling fools that just have no clue what they're doing. Your pet dog would do a better job.

I was very unhappy with the service provided by Casteel Heating & Air. They did not fix the problem on the 1st visit and charged me on the 2nd visit for the same issue. The serviceman was angry and insisted we pay him another fee. They said we needed a new part but our system has been running fine for over a year without it (That was after my husband fixed our heater.).

After calling Warren-Hay Mechanical Contractors I was very impressed with level of knowledge that the employees had from the service technicians who diagnosed my system to the courteous sales consultant and his no pressure sales technique to the professional installation crews who made the whole experience worry and trouble free.
