I inherited a home that had been neglected for a long time.It is a sizezble house with a lot of weather exposure. NW Waterworks was the first step in a long series of projects. Mark is efficient, effective and conscientious. The results were amazing.

Our shake roof was in need of cleaning along with repairs, requiring entire new cap line and the replacement of several bundles of shakes. He was businesslike and professional, answered honestly the questions and concerns we had regarding the present condition of our roof and it's future longevity. They were punctual on the scheduled date, worked diligently and efficiently and took care in their cleanup.
