We spent $24,000 dollars to have them install a cement liner and filter system for our fountain at our retirement community in Homer Glen. After a large initial monetary deposit; we had to make numerous calls to get them to start work. They would show up for a day and then we wouldn't see them for a week. It was like pulling teeth to get the project finished. The following season the concrete was deteriorating and flaking off in BIG hunks. I've called the owner (John) 4 times this past summer to come out to look at the condition of the concrete. all I get is false promises; he hasn't shown up yet...... BOTTOM LINE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
