Dana Hanson has been very helpful in meeting our needs for Insurance and answering questions as needed.

I have been a customer with Hanson for 12 years, since 1999. While the individuals that work there may be wonderful human beings, the customer service is poor to non-exsistant. We are now shopping for a new insurance company that will return our phone calls. We"ve had 1 claim back in 2001 with our 16 year old. Would not suggest if you are looking for great or even good customer service.
