Iam an employee of Russo sanitation and what these people are saying is not true Joe is the best and he runs his business very well so I don't want to hear this crap of people saying bad things about him

It is a disgrace of a company. The guy who answers the phone has no sense of customer service. After canceling device he said "well why didn't you say that before so we would of never dropped off the cans." After asking for a refund to my credit card he said he didn't work in the office someone would get back to me. Finally after 1 1/2 weeks I was able to get in contact with someone in the office, again after asking for the refund they came out saying there was going to be a $30 fee for delivery and pick up of the cans, unless I wanted to keep the service. I would rather pay the extra money with another company and not deal with these money scavengers.

Shameful business practices!!! Promise of "cheap" rates is not worth this frustration!!! Talked us into service "guaranteeing" pick up down our long driveway, even during the winter months. Cans were filled and placed in the designated spot... No service was ever provided. After two weeks without service, phoned to cancel ... Russo's did not come to pick up their cans for three months. At the time of pick up, the driver dumped the garbage out in the driveway, allowing the animals to have their way. The owner was called and he repeatedly talked over any attempt at a controlled conversation. This guy is ridiculous!! He tried to bill us for the three months of "service", and after all was said and done reduced the bill the $30, as payment for the pick up of his empty cans. He provided no service at all and had me store his two cans for the winter, and wants me to pay for this privilege!!! He was kind enough to write a lengthy message outlining how he will take us to court and how nobody believes reviews. Well, here you go ...

Russo's is fairly priced and gives prompt service. Reliability at resonable prices. I recommended him to all my family.
