Diamond Car Wash & Detailing

I used the car wash they have four stalls the second stall I tried to use it took $2.50 and it did not work the third stall is credit card only I used my card now it only cost $1.25 to wash there all I needed to do is wash my car down which would take a min it charge my card $11.25 the dang thing would not turn off there is nobody on the premises to give a complaint no number no address nothing i had to google
