        I have been in the construction business for over 20 years. David did a great job of inspecting our new home. The report was extremely through to include photos. The report was itemized by each area of inspection to included suggested courses of action. Overall I would highly recommend David for any needed home inspection whether selling or buying. You won't be disappointed.
