Care Choice Care Management

Working with Care Choice has been a huge relief for my siblings and me! Most of us are out of town or do not have the time (or patience) to figure out the best healthcare options for our mother. She has dementia and can no longer live alone. Maria (the owner) not only found the BEST nursing home that mom actually LOVES, but she also coordinated her nursing care, dr. appointments, and even some fun outings. THEN she followed up with us a week later and a few times after that to make sure everything was still good on our end. I literally cannot say enough about Maria and Care Choice! She took all the stress and guilt we were feeling out of the process!
