        Overall

        Have used them to service BAXI heating/ DHW system - $212/ service visit - they consider themselves specialists but cannot trouble shoot problems and suggest repairs without follow-up. I have called them back 4-times [4 messages with receptionist] without one return phone call! I will not call the again - not dependable and I question technical competence!
