Terrible experiencia, nos vendieron pasajes de ida para Pta cana a las 7 de la manana y llegamos alas 7 de la noche al hotel. De regreso peor, esperando vuelo que se suponia debia ser a las 7 de la manana la recogida y salimos del aeropuerto a las 10:30 de la noche llegando a Miami 2:00 de la madrugada. Su representante Roberto nunca dio la cara y desconecto el telefono para no ser molestado. Total falta de etica y respeto

This travel agency has a Gift Card program to hook you up for future travel, then when you try to redeem the gift card they will come up with excuses so you can't use it. Had same experience that Carlos S. They wouldn't credit 130 USD, what a cheap company. Will never use it again.

Wow...Im impressed with the terrible reviews for Viva travel. Im not a person to write reviews about other companies, however, I found that these negative experiences are giving the wrong image to this company and found it unfair to say the least. I have been with traveling with Yanelkys Angulo for years and she has always done her best to find my trip, the trip that accommodates my budget and needs. I recently booked a trip to Punta Cana with a new team member as my travel agent was not available. Her name was America and she was a fantastic help! I can tell this company train their professionals, but nonetheless this ultimately relies on the sales person. I have zero complains from them! Thank you always!

This travel agency is not professional. Especially the sneaky owner Peter. Would not recommend this travel agency.

Worst Travel Company in Miami. We paid for a vacation package to Punta Cana in FULL but after it was paid they forced us to pay more money because their sales representative made a mistake and as a company they did not want to afford the mistake made by their own employees. Our group was for 37 people almost 40,000 USD paid to them and the owner was not able to help for just $180 USD that was their own mistake. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT WILLING TO HELP CUSTOMERS, DO NOT BOOK YOUR VACATIONS WITH VIVA TRAVEL.
