Genie

How very disappointing. I had used the Genie on Valley Mills but this one was on my way this particular day. They were NOT busy... as there were only two lanes with a vehicle in them being vacuumed. I pulled in, reviewed the board, and decided on the $31 Wash that was posted. When I told the attendant I wanted "The $31 Wash", nothing was said. When I went inside to pay, I was told my bill was $41. I told the clerk I had asked for the $31 Wash. She said that SUVs were an additional $10. That was NOT posted on the signage when I pulled in. The individual who took my order had NOT said anything even though I specifically mentioned the $31 price. Nor had I paid any additional for lesser washes in the past than what was posted at the Valley Mills Genie location. When I went to the waiting room, I saw a limited number of folks drying vehicles. When my Tahoe was pulled out, it was parked with the driver door open... and sat... and sat... and sat. I stepped outside onto the front waiting area to see what was going to happen. About 10 minutes later, a young lady walked toward it and was stopped by a gentleman who said something about it looked like it had been done!!! Uh... NO! I intervened at that point and advised that it had NOT been done at all and that it had been sitting for over 10 minutes. She jumped in and began working on the glass. I never saw the back door brought up to clean. When I was told it was ready to go, I found enough "goop" on both the leather seats and on the vinyl console & dash to be considered an oil slick by environmentalists. The windshield had only been wiped ahead of the seats and there was a clear line of water drips in front of the rear-view mirror. Bottom line here: I will search for another location and will not use this particular Genie again. I feel that I was misled about pricing... and then did not get even what the shown pricing offered! Awful.

Staff was nice but horrble job on the inside. Truck wasnt wiped down, no tire dressing nothing. Outside wash looked good. Would not reccomend this place with a horrbile wash at $31 plus tips.

Genie car wash in Hewitt works miracles! My New 2016 Honda went in with bird poop on the hood and POOF, it came out with a scratch in the same spot! They have no idea how it got there. Thanks for working your magic on my car!!!!!!!!!!!

The vac job sucked and I told them not to throw away my bottle caps and they did the outside was good but the rest was trash dont go there I sure won't ever again

I own a business. You can't make everyone happy and in fact will pass a few people off to the point they stretch the truth in a review. But I have used this place about 15 times. Excellent service. They are courteous and try to satisfy. I rebuke any negative review anyone else might have. I've had a car wash tear off an antenna. But my car was cleaned. That doesn't deserve a bad review. Fix the antenna! Now if a car wash misses a spot, or doesn't vacuum good, I get hot. But that's not the case with these guys. Keep up the good work.

Just called for information...rudest people I've ever talked to over the phone. Definitely taking my business elsewhere and so should everyone else.

Do not use this car wash company. I used them on Hewitt Dr in Waco , TX. I went thru the auto car wash and it damaged my car, it tore off my arm and wiper from my windshield. Also, damaged my windshield when brushers tore off the mental and wiper of my car. Owner would not cover for all the damages made on my car. Owner

was nasty and rude. Owner would not give out his insurance information.
