This is the worst place I have ever lived. when we first moved in the place was infected with roaches. A year later our bedroom was completely flooded for two week. I have videos and photos. I asked for new carpets and padding since they were deteriorating and smelled of strong mold and was just ignored and nothing was done. The bathrooms are filled with black mold as well as all the air vents. My whole family is sick and undergoing blood test for mold exposure. now we have a rat infection that they did nothing about. They ate threw our ceilings and we had to catch it. The attic is full of rat dropping and pee which is a hazard to my daughter with asthma. The whole apartment smells of rotting rat be sure one is dead up there. I have complained to the BBB to try to get a resolution but the company has ignored me and is now having the manager at the property harrass me and try to come into our apartment illegally saying she gave us notice when we have on camera she did not. This is the most unprofessional disgusting place I have ever stayed especially for the price.

Unprofessional! From the receptionist to the agent. Knowledge wise they couldn't even provide me with a referral! Plus they hung up on me! I also had to call back with the disappointment in there lack of information . I just can't believe there running a business with that type of staff. Its a wonder there still in business. Get your people some training or clean house!

Very unprofessional and way over priced. They do not treat residents well nor do they respect residents

I've been living in the high desert for about a year and 3 of those months living at the desert breeze community apartments and i HATE it. There's been nothing but problems. The management on site and at the main office, never return you're phone call. I called about a month ago to get my outside light fixed and to tell them the on site dryer broke, my light is still broken nobody has returned my call. I now have my own washer & dryer. Don't expect to get anything fixed on the weekends because maintenance only work during the week. My oven caught on fire last night(Friday). I could not get a hold of management (both offices) I called all this morning and then finally at 11:30 the main office answered but now I can't get my oven fixed until Monday because maintenance doesn't work on the weekends. The worst part of living here was the cockroaches. It took a few weeks to get rid of them. It was horrible. During that time I couldn't eat or cook at home. I had to take everything out of my cabinets. It was a mess. The smell of the spray was disgusting. Maintenance sprayed a few times and the cockroaches were not going away so I talked with the apartment manager and we came up with days and times maintenance would come to spray until they were gone. Well she did not communicate with maintenance and they never came on the days I scheduled. They came a few days then stopped. I bought cockroach traps and they seem to work. I haven't seen one since. They are getting 1 star because its required. I wouldn't give them any. If you decide to live here good luck! I lived in the Riverton apartments before living here. I wish I can move back.
