Dr. Nancy Alexander The worst physician ever! This so-called doctor has an extremely nasty attitude. Very rude and unprofessional for an old bat like her. Gets mad if you don't answer her question like she wants to hear it. Try's to talk down to you like your on a witness stand until I got nasty right back. Yet this bitch is the one of whom I'm in care of. She acts you like you are bothering her just being there. This is just part of the reason the health care system in American has gone to shit. I couldn't believe her old ass, acting like its a pain doing her job. This woman has a horrible attitude. She'd be better off working as a veterinarian where the animals don't know how nasty she is. On a better note, the receptionist and intake nurse were very nice and respectful.

I wish I could give it negative stars I was the first person to show up when they opened their doors and I waited over an hour and a half to see a doctor. Complete lack of professionalism or even common curtesy.

I took my daughter here for urgent care. I guess I came at a busy time because the wait was long. But we did just drop in so it's difficult to say how long the wait is usually. The nurse and doctor were brief but to the point. My daughter was treated with care.

My 11 year old son was recently treated at the Hesperia office. He was given liquid antibiotics and was unable to hold them down. I decided to stop by the office the following day to have the script changed from liquid to pill form. I expected this to be easy since it was only an anitbiotic. I spoke to the nurse/receptionist and she said she would speak to the doctor (there were 5 of them including the doctor sitting in the booth chatting) and I was to have a seat and wait. Several minutes later she called me to the window and tells me the doctor said no. I didn't understand this and asked why he would say no and she explained that the doctor sees no need to change it. I explained again that my son has been taking pill form meds since he was very small and this particular antibiotic he just couldn't keep down. Her response was to mix it into his food and drink and do it that way. I told her that this doesn't make any sense. Why would they want a child that has NO problem taking pills take a liquid that would make him vomit? We argued back and fourth for a bit and the doctor standing there listening to this chimes in and tells me that my son can choke and die if he takes pills. I told them this is ridiculas and that I know my child and I know what is best for him. I told them that they are supposed to be here to help people and not to make things harder on them. The doctor then had the nurse write up a generic form that says that my child can choke and will die from taking pills and that I am refusing to listen to their advice. I have never delt with a doctors office more difficult than this one. It is a clean place but they DO NOT have the child's best intrest at heart. This whole thing should of been avoided. I wasn't asking for a new med, I just wanted to change the form of med so my child could take the meds he was prescribed. These doctors and nurses do not respect their clients and I DO NOT recomend you take your family members to this clinic. It may be a quick easy way to see a doctor but you will sacrifice service for quickness by going here.
