Friendly Medical Center

Was able to get an appointment next day for an Urgent matter. Staff very friendly, office is clean, was quick, in and out and straight to the point. I would recommend this doctor to friends and family.

I wish I could give them a zero. I cannot believe they have friendly in their name. I have never seen an office this unhappy. The office staff was more worried about her cell phone than me (or anyone else there) she barely even looked up from the desk and certainly never smiled or made me feel welcome. The first nurse was really bad too, even the way she asked the questions, she didn't care - actually she was rude. Literally never smiled. Not friendly. Then we see DR Phaguda. The worst of all. Not only didn't he let me talk - he kept interrupting me. Again, he never looked happy or like he even wanted to be there. He did not help in ANY way. In fact I guess he is not a very good doctor since he told us not to come back. "There's nothing I can do for you." his exact words. And then he wouldn’t write me a referral. Please do not go there for your sake and the sake of your family. I literally wouldn't even bring my dog to him for care!!!
