Will never do business with this agent or company again. I had them for ten years and never made a claim or a late payment. When I bought a new car I canceled with them and asked my agent what needed to be done. I followed all the steps that the agent told me to do. After two months I got a notice from collections saying I needed to pay them an extra $20 cancelation fee, $12 collection fee and a $5 processing fee. When I mention that an authorized representive guided me through the cancelation process they said that " even though THEIR AGENT was wrong, they didn't stand behind their agents mistake". So we paid it, BUT we will never- did I say never- we will never do business again. And we suggest you don't do business with them either.
