Very pleased with the work they have done so far. I had not been to a dentist in years and they made me feel comfortable.

these people are good at ripping there customers off. they are quick to take your money but even quicker performing the task. I felt rushed and overcharged for a deep teeth cleaning and antibiotics. asking them questions will get you rude service and short answers. $1000.00 for a deep cleaning and exam and antibiotics I was quoted under $600.00 at other places. stay away! beware ! high prices for poor service!

Don't go there every time I go it say's it says the cleaning is _____ but at the end they want to tuck in all extra cost that you were not expecting and since they all ready did x-rays you rather stay because otherwise you have to pay the x-rays again at another place. So if you ask me if I'm going back no, I'm not.

My husband and I have had nothing but problems here. Every visit you need some special work or cleaning that is not covered by your insurance. There isn't a time that you don't wait. They try to have you come in just to talk to the dentist and charge you for the visit, then make a different appointment for x-rays, and yet another for a cleaning, although that's when they tack on extras and refuse to do what your insurance will cover unless you pay more.



I actually liked the doctor, but he is not worth putting up with the extra charges or the HORRIBLE front office staff. The office manager, Jackie Hernandez is a total joke. She is anything but helpful, doesn't return calls and is totally rude.



I went in for an appointment, waited an hour before asking what was going on and was informed there was some emergency so it could be another hour or more. I asked why they wouldn't update me instead of having me wait, but they had no response. I left and refuse to go back, but in the mean time I started receiving bills. I called to find out what it was for and after sitting on hold 9 minutes while they "looked for my file" they got back on, asked my name again and then asked to call me back. They never did. I called again and asked directly for the office manager, had to leave a message for her, and she never called back. Finally got a hold of her and she took care of the bill, but does nothing but make excuses for why they have us waiting or for not returning calls.

WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We took our 8 year old son here and the dentist numbed him for all of about 2 minutes, started to work on his filling while he was sitting there screaming and crying, and the dentist wouldn't stop while he was FULL ON CRYING TO DEATH from the pain!

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE AFTER SIX MONTHS TO ACTUALLY SEE A DENTIST. THE FIRST TIME WE WAITED AN HOUR AND HALF TO BE TOLD THE DR HAD AN EMERGENCY AND COULDN'T SEE US. 3 MONTHS LATER WE FINALLY GOT ANOTHER APT BUT THEY CANCELLED IT THE DAY BEFORE. THE THIRD TIMES A CHARM. AFTER WAITING AN HOUR THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE BACKED UP AND COULD ONLY SEE ONE OF THE TWO CHILDREN WHO HAD APTS. I DON'T THINK WE'LL BE GOING BACK. I'M GOING TO TRY ANOTHER DENTIST AND SEE IF WE CAN GET PAST THE RECEPTION AREA.
