Absolutely terrible customer service. We went in for a cat and they cut it off before we even spoke about what I wanted. And then he was VERY rude about it when I was trying to explain. In short find another shop.

After having my catalytic converter replaced from Mr. Allied it failed 8 months later, he refused to warranty the product he installed, he stated it could have bee many other problems with my vehicle but, not once did he state that the product installed by him could be faulty. Well Mr. Allied Its a universal Catalytic converter they are not original or the best they are aftermarket and furthermore if, your distributer warranties it and replace it why wont You!? I was very displeased with this business and his un professionalism with communication skills. Needless to say I won't be returning. Many other places in town.

I went to have my muffler and flex pipe replaced. I was served immediately and quickly, and the prices were much lower than estimates I'd received from other shops.
