Miss D's Moving And Grooming

Absolutely terrible. Cancelled 2 appts. Showed up 45 min. late. Asked for sizzor cut for toy poodle so that it would not be too short due to the cold weather. She apparently was unable to do that type of cut, but did not say so. The dog was all uneven, everywhere. Even her ears were uneven. Miss D. Had trouble with her van, her taped together electrical wiring. When I called to explain my problem with the cut I was told "so what... I cut the dog". She was very rude to me as was her husband. He stated I wanted a $75 haircut for $45. I told him if she was unable to do as I asked, she should have told me in advance. Very unsatisfied. Beware!!! Absolutely awful experience. I suggest you do not let your pet anywhere near Miss D!!!

Miss D took the time to trim, bathe, and re-trim to get it just right. She is respectful, and nice. A great all around experience. I will use this service again.
