Grasshopper Design

We had bought a brand new lawn mower at the being of the spring and of course it got stolen before we were even able to use it. We asked around at work to see if anyone knew of a good lawn mowing company. A co-work suggested George at Grasshopper Design because he had done a good job on his lawn and his neighbor’s lawn. It was great at first, he came out every two weeks and the price was reasonable. The last time he was here was July 25, 2011. A couple days later we called and asked him if it would be possible for him to come every four weeks instead since it got really hot and the grass was not growing as fast. He told us that he would be able to do that. I called this morning to see when he was coming out to mow since it has been 2 months. He told me that he decided that it was too far for them to drive to get to our place so that is why they had not come again since July 25, 2011.

He was not even going to call us to tell us that he decided not to mow our lawn anymore. We feel that this is a very bad business practice. Of course we are very upset because our lawn is really long and looks bad. The least he could have done was call to tell us that he did not want to do it anymore. Now we are stuck with a lawn that looks bad and no one to mow our lawn.



We would never recommend George at Grasshopper Design to anyone. This is no way to treat your customers and some major changes need to be made or he will lose all of his business.
