Gabe's Electronics

My new washer went out the day after Thanksgiving. I called the number I had for warranty service and was told that the 1rst available day for repair was Tuesday 11.29th.
Gabes called me on 11.28th and we discussed the issues. Error codes were displaying and clicking noises. Washer wouldnt work at all. They said they had to order the parts based on what the codes were indicating. They said it would take a couple days for the parts to come in and asked to move the repair date to 12.1rst.
They told me that way they were fast tracking my service. Apparently most other places set up a day, come inspect, order parts and set up another time for repairs.
This couldve caused me to be several weeks without the use of my washer.
I'm very glad they were thoughtful and had my best interests in mind.
Todd was my service repairman. I found him very knowledgeable and personable.
I would highly recommend Gabes Electronics and will use them in the future. ����

Cant even get them to provide Warranty service that the manufacture requested. Find another provider you will thank me if you do.

HORRIBLE! I LIVE 4.4 MILES FROM GABES AND HAD TO WAIT 5 DAYS BEFORE SERVICE COULD GET TO ME, THEN THEY CAME AND DID A 2MIN DIAGNOSTIC TEST AND TOLD ME I NEED AN ELECTRICIAN AND CHARGED ME $100, TOOK LONGER FOR THE TECH TO WRITE THE RECEIPT THEN DO THE TEST. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I was having an "HE" code appearing on my Samsung front load dryer. The dryer was still under warranty so Samsung arranged to have Gabes Electronics to do the repair. On 10-7-13, they sent 2 of their repair technicians. One seemed to be a trainee and the other was obviously VERY knowledgeable! They were very courteous and even brought a heavy movers blanket to put the parts from my dryer on. I was amazed how they were able to dismantle my dryer where it was without having to move it. They checked EVERYTHING and ended up replacing the main board at no cost to me! Samsung has a very good team fulfilling their repairs in this area.

They are prompt, courteous and professional. Out technician - Sam - was knowledgeable and answered any and all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Gabe's.

I was having problems with my Samsung TV and was set up with Gabes Electronics. Their representative Sam Chatman came out on the 4th day of December 2012. He was very friendly, professional and did not take too long to fix my television. He was a helpful, knowledgable, polite young man. They are a pleasure to do business with and I would certainly use them again.
