We had Billman's replace some older insulated glass windows that were starting to fog up. Unfortunately they replaced the glass with defective units as the new ones frosted up over the winter whereas when originals did not. We have both original windows (23 years old) and the replacement windows in the same room so could clearly see the new ones were frosting up while the originals were still good. You can tell the difference between the new and original because they have a different type of metal separator between the glass panes but they both are double pane windows. We have the pictures to prove it. We contacted BIllman's numerous times over the last 9 months but they still have done NOTHING. Never buy from Billman's again.
