Ben from Bayz Plumbing was great – personable, professional and fairy priced. He communicated when to expect him and showed up on time. He really enjoys what he does for a living (he’s been doing it for 15 years) and it shows. He put in a new toilet for me. He bought, brought over and installed the new one, removed and hauled off the old one. He anticipated I'd want a self-closing lid so brought one along. It’s exactly what I wanted but didn't realize they were sold separately. I was so thankful he thought to do that. He was efficient and super tidy. Even his tool box is tidy and organized – another good sign in my book! Definitely recommend.
