When I called to ask about hair for my sew-in, this young lady was talking to someone in the background and her tone made it seem like she did not want to speak or help. Her words were slurred and improper English was used. That is not how you should speak to your customer. I couldn't bare to speak to her anymore so I cut all my questions short. She clearly did not help me.

You are assisted by friendly personnel when needed without being bombarded. No one is following you around as if they are afraid you're going to steal something. A damaged product can be exchange, just keep the receipt. A big plus is the military discount.
