They did a wonderful job on our pool - no question about that it's simply beautiful and was extremely affordable. They are also actually very kind and good people on a personal level and really like the owner a lot and really wish nothing but the best for them.



That's the good.



Now for the not so good...



It took months longer than the estimated time frame to complete the project which I actually didn't have that much of an issue with since it wasn't installed in a season we could even swim in it anyway.



Again, the owner is a really good guy, he really is I think he just puts himself in a position where he's got too many irons in the fire. They simply always have too many projects going on at once and whoever screams the loudest is the one typically getting worked on and deadlines promised were never met nor would they show up to work on days they promised they would when the weather couldn't have been more perfect. Great product in our experience as the pool we got is beautifully done and (knock on wood) have not had any issues other than a pump motor going out which isn't their fault.



Bottom line is he just can't manage his business properly and while I have always highly recommend him based on the finished product, you will likely wind up being extremely frustrated working with them and when you get upset, in our experience they would tend to retreat and hide and communication just goes down hill because he's just too overwhelmed.



My suggestion to Saltwater Pools would be to get an actual business manager or for him to not be as involved in the installs and serve solely as a project manager so he can effectively respond to all his customers needs and also jump in to assist with installs in the event he needs to.



So my rating is a 3 overall but a 5 on the finished product and the folks on a personal level but I am a very understanding patient person too so most people wouldn't rate them as high from that perspective but I do wish them the best.

Terrible customer service. Refuses to answer calls and return messages. Tells you when they will be out to perform work and they never show. Unreliable...I highly suggest hiring another company.

They take great care of my pool. I have referred them to many people. From my experience they really stand behind there pools and their service.

I am pleased with Saltwater Pools! They are excellent at what they do! They are experienced professionals who do what they promise to do for an affordable price.

They closed my pool for the winter and put cover on pool. Fast and efficient and reasonably priced!

i would not do business with this company. they are not trustworthy and very undependable. please do yourself a favor and look for another pool company, it will save you A LOT of time and money in the long run
