        Overall

        worst place in the world...Dr. Outlaw should be outlawed...he was disciplined by the Nevada Board of Medicine for abandonment of patient records. A second charge of violating patient confidentiality was dismissed after he struck a deal and paid a $2500 fine + court fees.
