Henderson wellness and colonics.Dr.Toledo is the best Botox dr. I have ever been to.I am extremely picky and my forhead and eyes need different amounts on different sides.I have even been to Gary Lee at look younger md. And dr Toledo is still better.I had an allergic reaction to filler and he knew what it was and treated it right away.My only complaint is the women who does pricing tries to change the price Everytime I go.I just remind her and she honors the same price.I love them both though and I would never go anywhere else.I am giving 3 out of 5 only because the pricing situation and having to keep reminding them and showing them all my receipts.Its totally not professional and I spend a lot of money.

Have been using the doc office since I got pregnant: 1. Staff is OK EXCEPT when it comes to insurance and billing. Total Dictatorship from Holly -manager-Doc Wife who is in charge of every singe billing transaction. this lady has no idea how to bill the insurance or how the system works. if you try to ask for the answers-good luck ! you won't be able to get any . 2. after getting billed $1700.00 for simple blood work -simple because Holly doesn't know how to work the system , I had an honor to meet her and discuss the issue. There was 1 action taken-she DISCHARGED me from the office- said it was too much to work for and shoved the discharge paper in my hands-oh and by the way -I am 33 weeks pregnant. Violating any laws there is about treating pregnant patients.

I have been going there since 2010 and never had a problem with nobody. Now everything has changed in 2013 I got in a fight with a girl name kim cuz she didny like it that my husband was talking spanish. Then in 2014 like around june this new girl her name his daniel she foesnt understand that I dont like speaking to her shes the worst. She answers in a bad way she gives me attidued problem. Like yoday I asked to speak to crystal she dont let ne shes like I can help im like no thanks but I need yo speak to crystal. No I can help she keep insisting.. until I tild her yoy better pass the dam phone to crystal.. I love dr. Toldeo but if Im going to keep having this issues with these girl . Ill just leave dr. Toledo .

I've had at least 3 appointments scheduled with them, two of the 3 appointments that I scheduled with them, they called me back later on in the week asking to reschedule, and I'm like are you kidding me? I have 2 jobs, and it's difficult as it to book an appointment, and then I check with my work and try to book an app. and then they say they can't do it?!? When they are the ones who cancelled on me and I even chose a different day. The two receptionist are complete idiots and bitches. And like I read on the one of the comments, one of the male doctors is very socially awkward!! It's a very uncomfortable experience is is all I can say. I made an app, and have to wait in the office for over an hour. I will never go back to that office!!!!

I can't believe the disrespect from the management. I pay the highest insurance in case we travel and God - forbid there is an emergency; my family is taken care of. Holly who is the supposed office manager was very condescending and disrespectful. I had my insurance on the phone and I quote her response was "ohhh I don't need to talk to them..This is our policy". Are you kidding me? Uh yeaa I'm gone. Mind you I'm the husband of their patient. I implore you to reconsider so you don't have to experience finding a new doctor at nearly 29 weeks as we did. Never again will we go back or recommend there horrible service.

Front office staff are complete idiots. Doctor is socially awkward. Nurse staff rush through all procedures. I have full coverage insurance, but somehow they seem to always ask me to pay $100's of dollars.

If you like to pay insane amounts of money without an educated answer to why. If you like to have a doctor who doesn't even make eye contact or ask if you have any questions. If you enjoy checking your own urine with a pee strip. Then I'm sure you'll enjoy your prenatal care here.

I've been going to this dr since just before i had my son in 2010... i had no problem with him at first but now his office is just pure hell to go to. I currently have no insurance and I need to have a procedure done and they won't even call me back on how i can pay.... they made me come in just to have a dr that isn't MY DOCTOR tell me i need the procedure done that's $60 I didn't have wasted just to be told what I already knew anyway... and now they want me to pay another 150$ for this procedure on top of that. During my follow up the dr was already talking about hysterectomies .... I'm 24 yrs old. All these people want to do is take your money and milk your insurance for all they can. The office manager is insanely rude... when i told her i can't afford to be paying money for visits i don't need just for a simple yes or no she said "We're all trying to make money here." Really? You have the audacity to say that to a patient ?! Don't even get me started on the fact I was already in labor for 45 minutes at the hospital with just a nurse because Toledo actually works at quite a few different hospitals and wasn't there to deliver my son until I literally couldn't hold my son after labor because i was so exhausted I couldn't even hold myself up. It's just a total nightmare.



Oh and be prepared to wait atleast 30 min. even if you are on time for your appts with the dr. You can be there WELL before your appt even and they still won't see you on time and make you wait in the room for insane periods of time.

All of the POSITIVE reviews are mostly posted by the Doctors staff to promote COLONICS. The people at the front counter are rude...they talk about patients in front if other patients in the LOBBY. It's Ridiculus. Specially the fat white lady with the blonde hair. The office manager does not return calls and is extremely unprofessional...I do not recommend this doctor for ANY service he offers. It's almost pathetic..! You never see the doctor. They don't care about their patients. The doctor left me hangin too'!!! They too declined my refill a few months ago..I told them the same thing but try didnt care! Now I am pregnant and thinking about taking action!!!

I have been a patient/client at this office since 2010. I go once a year an as needed for check ups. I have to say that during that time I have only seen the doctor once or twice. He is not the one that does the exams. He has several other doctors due them? Maybe interns?? Anyway my pharmacy faxed in a quest for 1 pack of birth control due to my prescription being expired. But the office manager at Dr. Toledos office declined it. Now mind you..that they have done this once a year...they always approve the request so that I have time to schedule am appointmen with them. So I asked why were they doing this to me..? I have to take birth control..? And I requested 1 packet am asked them to schedule my appointment. They said the office manager said NO. And also went on to say THAT IT WA THE LAW??? After contacting the board they said there is no such LAW. So why they want to put me thru this??? Or any woman?? I asked to speak to the manager who refused to get on the phone. Then I was told she would call me but NEVER did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR OR OFFICE ! Besides you will never see the doctor unless your giving birth. LOOK for a PLACE THAT truly cares about your NEEDS!

I go to the Medical Spa & Colonic and I am very happy! The services are great and done very professionally. The manager can be rude at times but the rest of the girls there are very friendly! I recommend to all my friends :)

He doesn't even deserve a star! I only saw him a couple times through my pregnancy every other time it was with his nurse practitioner, whom I didn't care for to much either. He barely made it to my delivery and once he got there he made me and everyone in the room feel like he didn't want to be there. My husband almost delivered my baby because as I was getting ready to deliver he walked out of the room and the nurse had to go track him down as my husband was literally holding my legs in the air and the baby's head was already poking out. I would never go to him again or ever recommend him. You might as well deliver at home and save your money.

I like the pregnancy care services and the fact that Dr. Toledo was there to deliver my baby. Quite satisfy with everything from dealing with ultra sound staffs to other clerks during the whole 9 months. If you're pregnant, you will be in good hand at Henderson Wellness.

I just gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Thanks to Dr. Toledo. He's my OB/Gyn and he also delivered my baby. I got tired of being bounced around from one doctor to another from a big practice so I decided to switch doctor. I found Henderson Wellness and decided to give it a try. I'm so happy that I did. Dr. Toledo is nice, gentle and very patience. He'd walked me through the whole e 9 month pregnancy and guaranteed that he would be there to deliver my baby. This is exactly what every pregnant woman would want to have. I strongly recommend Henderson Wellness to every pregnant woman.

Exceptional place! I have 2 children myself and have visited other OB/GYN offices before. Trust me, no other places is like Henderson Wellness. The staffs are welcoming, friendly and professional. Dr. Toledo is gentle and patience. I did not feel like being rushed through even there was time when I see the front office was full of patients waiting. I've found a great Gynecologyst and would never go to anyone else.

I'll start off on a good note and mention that the nurses and ultra sound technician in the office were very professional and I had nothing but positive experiences with them. That's it though. The front desk staff was very rude when I called to cancel an appointment and when they had to contact my insurance company they were extremely unprofessional. One example of the kind of service they were dishing out was when my husband called to confirm an appointment there had been some confusion over, the front desk lady told him to show up whenever and hung up! And what made me finally decide to switch ob/gyn's was when I missed an appointment and some woman from billing called and left a message that if I didn't contact her she would send out discharge papers and then no other doctor would see me! This was while I was 32 weeks pregnant! I did in fact contact the office (who denied that any of their staffers would do such a thing) to let them know I would in fact be switching to a different doctor. Dr. Toledo himself seems to be a pleasant man but I wouldn't know too well since the entire 8 months that I was a patient I saw him only once and every other time I saw only his APN. Save the drama and choose a different doctor who has better judgment on who to hire to run his office!!!! Also I checked on a number of other websites and he is not listed as board certified, which may just be a system that hasn't been updated in a while or it may reflect on the "doctor" himself.
