Advanced Air Conditioning

One of my three A/C units failed and I had Advanced Air out to quote a price. The guy inspected my two working units and quoted me a discount of 15% if I replaced all three. He also quoted me a 10 yr maintenance contract for the price of 8 years. When I received the contract from the company, they did not honor the 15% discount on the equipment. Rather, they took the entire discount on the already discounted maintenance plan. I asked to cancel my maintenance contract, but they will not honor the originally agreed upon price for that discounted contract and will not honor the 15% discount on the three units. I would not have replaced two working units without the discount. They do not care. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY -- THEY DO NOT HONOR THE AGREEMENTS MADE WHEN THEY INCENT YOU TO MAKE THE SALE.

I had work done and so far I have been happy with the work preformed, and the Technician Ron who worked with us.

As for the the price they worked with us...

They performed work that I paid for in full only to have it break down 3 weeks later and find that I needed a compressor - the most expensive part and I just felt that something was wrong so I called a trusted friend who also is an AC tech and he fixed a wire that had been cut by the fan that was put in upside down and by this companies first person and nothing was wrong with the compressor. NOT only that but none of the work I paid for was ever even done to begin with!!



Then when I called the manager Brian to report all of this he accused me of insurance fraud when it was his technician that wrote it was damaged to the unit to begin with and that I should see if the insurance would pay for it !!!



What scam artist!!!!!!! DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS COMPANY _ they will cheat you!!
