        Owner Jeff White opened Whiteâ??s Discount Carpets in the Hemet Valley in February of 1990. Prior to Whiteâ??s Discount Carpets, Jeff had a flooring retail store with his brothers in Whittier, Ca. In an effort to raise his family in a quieter setting they moved to Hemet where he opened Whiteâ??s.
