Highly Recommended for Compassion, Quality & Excellent Service. My beloved cat Daphne passed away at age 16. Customer service was super compassionate; one of the ladies always answered the phone promptly (no voice mail hassles). This pet crematorium is very reasonably priced & you get extra value for your money. Each cremation is done separately (no shared cremations). The gentleman who served me at this difficult time arranged his route so he would come when I was at home because of my work schedule for both pick up and delivery. I have a beautiful cedar wood box urn with Daphne's name on a plaque & her ashes placed inside with a delicate pink ribbon flower, a little brass lock (2 keys are provided), a ceramic paw print, certificate with our names, and a lovely poem. Everything they do is with care & compassion for you & your deceased loved one, who happens to be a pet, but they remember that you lost a family member. Affordable, reasonable fee & best service. I will call them again.
