A Cut Above Termite & Pest

My property manager had Darren come to take a look at outside trim boards that were rotting, thinking it was termites. However, Darren reported that there were no termites, but only rotting from unpainted wood affected by the recent heavy rains. A most honest appraisal. He earns my trust if I should ever need a termite inspection again.
