If you are into rude salemen that do not stand behind their products, the. This is the store for you. I will never, repeat NEVER shop here again. One month after purchasing a dining set, one of the chairs fell apart. They took the chair back to "replace" it. Six months later 2 more of the chairs fell apart and the table is falling apart. I was rudely met by the store owner who said maybe we were "abusing" the furniture. Mind you, he had not seen the damaged furniture. Give me a break. Was told they have never had a set fall apart. In my opinion cars are occasionally lemons and suppose this could happen to furniture too. I asked for store credit or for the set to be replaced. He became very rude and told me "not after 7 months". I was concerned after the first chair had broken but was told they would warranty it all for a year. Anyway, I took the chairs in and a picture of the table as I was not strong enough to load it to bring to their showroom. Just when I thought no one could be ruder than the boss, was met by salesman who started screaming at me and SWEARING.

My wife and I had a great experience buying from Joslins. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by a very helpful salesman that actually understood what we were looking for. Some of their furniture is higher end, but I rather pay the extra cash and know that I got some quality items. Overall, I think this is a wonderful store!

You can get a better deal on LaZBoy furniture in Missoula, Butte or Great Falls. After telling the salesperson I saw the same identical LaZBoy recliner for $100.00 less in Missoula, he just shrugged his shoulders and said his price was as low as he could go. With an attitude like that its no wonder folks shop out of town.



For us, It was worth the trip to save $100.
