        This is the worst service we have ever had at a McDonald's! We waited 15 min just to order a drink, never made it to the desk to order. They have 1 person working the front, everyone else is working the drive up. We had just driven 4 hrs and didn't want to order at the drive up, cause we didn't want to eat in our car. They seemed to be unconcerned about inside business only drive up!! Hopefully the manager and owner will see this.

        Its sad that people dont care about costomers any more they treat them like they have to come to these stores and well lets be honest here we dont have to but i will say i smile wouldnt hurt and they.could learn to answer the.phone when you call i br darned if something ia wrong with your order they.look at you like its your fault they screwed up so yeah costomer service is out the window fries always cold and burgers are slapped together with no care of making them presentable when.i worked at McDonalds i spent a extra sec to make sure the food was good and presentable now its just lets hurry and get.this person out.of.here not that.they.are fast or anything they take 15 to 20 mins just for a fry and a cheese.burger and a drink and if your inside they forget.to give your cup when you order so you have to wait till you have your food and that sux cause what if your thirsty basicly they suck
