Bad weather means your dumpster does not get dumped and they still expect you to pay the bill. When they have gotten new drivers who don't know the route it does not get dumped. Usually when you call there is no answer in the office. If you have another option for a different company then go with the other company because the service here is awful. We ended up paying when we did not receive service.
