Bear Republic Brewing Co

This was our 2nd brewery (of 3) of the day. As we drove up from Santa Rosa we wanted to stop in Healdsburg for some shopping and a pint. The restaurant was nice (we decided to sit on the patio over looking a greenbelt) and the service and food was good but not great. I sampled all their IPA's and my wife had a an amber. My wife enjoyed hers but I was not impressed with their IPA's. I've purchased Racer 5 from grocery stores a couple of times and when compared to their other IPA's it was the best. It's still not my favorite IPA but it's decent. If your in the area and like your IPA's like do, drive 15 minutes south to Russian River Brewing in Santa Rosa. Pliney is a much better IPA.

Food is okay but restrooms need to be cleaned. There are plenty of employees, including manager, just standing around that could improve on overall cleanliness.
